With this in mind, we will list and showcase your property for 1% of the selling price. We also believe the selling broker is intitled to 1% and the selling agent deserves 3%. The selling agent is the one that does most of the work and makes the transaction happen. We are confident, it is beneficial to pay the selling agents more to encourage them to do the best job possible for the consumer. in the event a Growth Opportunity Realty agent sells the property, the 1% selling broker fee will be waived.
